Hangzhou Petrochemical Equipment Dismantling

Hangzhou Xiaohe oil depot covers an area of 47,750㎡and contains 33 tanks. 7 of them will be retained for reuse as industrial relics, while the other 26 tanks and oil pipelines and other ancillary facilities will be dismantled and removed for disposal. Among them, there are 10 300m³ oil tanks, 6 200m³ oil tanks and 10 50m³ oil tanks. The demolition project will help the construction of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal cultural belt and create an ecological green waterway.

Anqing Petrochemical Equipment Dismantling

For this project, we applied "directional dumping" and intelligent dismantling technology to dismantle the decommissioned reformer. Since many of the units and equipment were in restricted spaces, mechanics experts were invited to conduct several rounds of discussions and plan checks. And the cutting parts, dumping areas, cutting sequence and personnel safety routes of the units were carefully planned to ensure the successful implementation of the construction.

Demolition in Zhijiang Fertilizer Plant, Hubei

Hubei Fertilizer Plant was built in 1974. It is a large fertilizer production enterprise of Sinopec in Hubei Province, also a backbone enterprise of national large-scale agricultural high-quality fertilizer production. This project is to dismantle the 300,000 tons/year ammonia plant, 480,000 tons/year urea plant and the supporting warehouse and other facilities introduced by the company in the 1970s.

Guangzhou Petrochemical Equipment Dismantling

Guangzhou Sinopec, the Guangzhou branch of Sinopec, is one of the largest modern petrochemical enterprises in South China. It is located in Huangpu District, Guangzhou City, in the center of the Pearl River Delta where China's economy is developing rapidly, adjacent to Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau. It has an annual integrated processing capacity of 13.2 million tons of crude oil and production capacity of 220,000 tons of ethylene. There are also 50 sets of major petrochemical production units.

Demolition in Pinghu Power Plant, Shenzhen

The project adopted mechanical-based construction and demolition, supplemented by manual work, which greatly reduced labor costs. The sprinkler truck provided dust reduction for the dusty equipment throughout the demolition. Meanwhile, the commissioning of the firefighting robot also greatly reduced the poor dust reduction in the demolition work at high places and in the area where the sprinkler truck could not walk, and provided strong fire protection to the demolition site.

Demolition in Buji Oil Depot, Shenzhen

In this project, 28 lube oil vertical tanks and 5 lube oil horizontal tanks were removed and disposed of. There were also oil pipelines, oil pumps, fire-fighting pipelines, tank bases and tank area berms, and electrical rooms. The proximity of some of the facilities to residential areas made construction more difficult. We took advantage of intelligent demolition technology and developed a whole set of dust and noise reduction demolition plan to maximize the ecological environment protection.

Huizhou Petrochemical Equipment Dismantling

Huizhou Refining & Chemical Branch is the first large-scale refinery built by the CNOOC. Its crude oil processing capacity is 12 million tons/year. This time, we participated in the Huizhou Petrochemical Product Structure Optimization and Quality Upgrade Project and completed the task of dismantling the vertical tanks under the normal operation of the enterprise, and achieved the feat of remote control of dismantling in both Beijing and Huizhou.

Maoming Petrochemical Equipment Dismantling

Demolition in Yueyufeng Steel Plant, Zhuhai

The plant was put into operation in 2004. It has a berth raw material wharf (5,000-10,000 tons), sintering machine production line (132㎡), four iron-making blast furnaces （450m³）, two converters （65 tons）, three five-stream continuous casting machine production lines, and one rebar and high-speed wire rod production line. The pellet plant built as a joint venture with the world's largest iron ore supplier, CVRD of Brazil, is now in use. The total number of dismantled steel components is more than 700 tons.

Dismantling of the Gantry cranes in Hainan

In order to enhance the overall strength and improve the regional competitiveness of the Hainan port group, and to help integrate the province's port resources and the future sustainable development of Haikou port, Hainan Port & Shipping Holding Co., Ltd. technically upgraded the port infrastructure of the second Macun Port terminal. We completed the dismantling of the old gantry cranes in just 5 days.
